Every new project is a new challenge for us. With our love for architecture and building, but also our respect for the unique needs and wishes of our customers, we begin our design journey. Our experience, constant study, imagination and know-how lead to the final destination which is an even and harmonious result.

ABOUT

Study and design of a specific area of the building

The specific service concerns the Architectural Study of a specific area of your site. Our design path is based on two basic principles. These are Sensory Design and Interior Design Psychology.

Regarding the first, we study the space following specific rules (adjusting them to the data of the specific space) in order for the user to receive a complete experience by activating all his senses. The new reality in design is called sustainable design. Through this we create spaces where the user stimulates all his senses with the right colors and materials used but also with the appropriate melody and smell that we will suggest you to include in your project.  All this in-depth study creates an experience for the user such that he either wants to repeat it, or creates indelible memories.

At the same time as Sensory Design we also use Interior Design Psychology.  Modern studies have shown that the way a space is designed affects the psychology of its user, depending on the category to which each project belongs. In other words, we manage the project from the point of view of psychology, using the appropriate architectural forms that will create the desired psychology for the user, as well as emotions, depending on the goals set by the project.

In detail, service includes a set of works, which are listed below:

1. Space mapping and floor plan study. The space is captured graphically and photographically so that there is a complete record of the dimensions of the structural elements. At the same time, the work schedule is assessed in order to avoid wasting useful time by respecting the priorities of the work, depending on the needs that arise. (1st visit to the project site)

2. Research – Study – Record the data. Having completed our information appointment about your goals, thoughts and wishes, we begin an investigation. The location of the project is researched and studied (with continuous visits by us where this is deemed necessary and feasible). Then the philosophy and operation of the specific category of the project is studied and finally the data is collected. Thus a table is created which shows us which design path we should follow.

3. Project design study. First, a design study of rendering style and architectural strategy is done. A more general picture of the spaces is given, so that they can have a balanced interaction with each other, both aesthetically and functionally. It is, therefore, 1 3D solution (including photorealistic photos) with the possibility of improving or completely changing it after the 1st meeting. Any change of plan, however, after the final decision is made, is charged with the amount of €80.

4. Furniture design study. During the study, furniture is designed which is characterized by its functionality and originality. Their design and practicality are strictly combined for the space they are intended for.

5. Construction drawings. Upon reaching the final design, the construction plans are drawn differently for each workshop. This means that plans are made with construction details and dimensions regarding electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry and whatever else is needed to have a complete construction guide.

6. Mood board. After we have settled on the style and have completed our design study, a mood board is delivered. This includes lists of the furniture, lighting, fabrics and materials (tiles, etc.) used in the design. At the same time there are also lists of suppliers and color codes.

7. Orders of products and materials. In this package we undertake to order and ship to you all of the aforementioned selected from partner stores.

8. Meetings . Throughout the project, specific meetings are held, in order to discuss and make decisions about the progress of the renovation. These are two (2). The first meeting is with the projection of the plans (in case the meeting is not held in person then we use zoom). The second is for the presentation of the mood board.

9. Visit to your place to place the furniture and decorations in the intended positions. Upon completion of the receipt of the furniture and all the decorative elements, at your place, we visit you to complete the atmosphere of the place, giving it its final character.

10. There is no monitoring service in this package.

Our goal is to create a space with character. Uniqueness, differentiation and functionality are for us the roads that lead to an even and harmonious result.
